How To Obtain

1. Head to the tower and speak to Zavala and pick up the exotic quest Exodus: Evacuation (Please note that Exodus: Preparation must be completed to get this step) once doing so you’ll head back to previous planets from Exodus: Preparation and complete a series of missions from the planet vendor starting with Io.
