Most matches are fair and playable for our boosters. It makes them feel safe. We do this by having a required set of updates that each booster must give via a live chat directly linked to the customer. This includes about 6 updates before starting an event and stopping after each raid encounter to let them know what they received. For some boosters, they just want to play and this is a waste of their time. What are your thoughts on constantly updating the client? CharlieeToday at 11:35 AM Well some people who purchase boosts may feel worried about what their account is doing or the status of it, even people that regularly purchase like to just know what’s going on so it’s always a good idea to give people that reassurance that what’s happening on their account is all well and good. He does not have the Outbreak so you obtain this for him.
After obtaining the outbreak, and starting the heroic, you realize obtaining the Outbreak was not part of the order and this should have been ordered separately.
You are the owner of the company and the one running the order. You can assume you’ve been chatting with the customer for a while so you can skip pleasantries. What exactly, word for word, do you say to the customer to address this issue and to let them know what happen next? We’ve ran your order obtaining the Outbreak exotic however we realised the obtaining of the weapon wasn’t actually apart of the order, we’re going to continue with the order this time as that’s my mistake for not reading over the order properly however just note that for any similar future orders you will need to just add the obtaining of the weapon as an option beforehand, Thank you and sorry for any inconvenience. I’ve always try and give some leeway and be nice for a first time thing with little things like that so the customer is happy and is more likely to return for future orders.
