𝒮𝒽𝒶𝒹𝑜𝓌𝓈_𝐿𝓊𝓇𝓀𝒾𝓃𝑔Today at 11:12 AM Brenden Powers @BoostCheetah BoostCheetahToday at 11:20 AM Hi Brenden. Thank you for your interest in boosting at BoostCheetah. We’ll be starting interviews at 2:30 pm est today or about three hours from now. I’ll reach out to you and let you know your place in line around that time. 𝒮𝒽𝒶𝒹𝑜𝓌𝓈_𝐿𝓊𝓇𝓀𝒾𝓃𝑔Today at 11:21 AM Sounds good. Thank you very much BoostCheetahToday at 2:47 PM Thank you for your patience. I have a few boosters ahead of you. I expect the wait time to be about an hour. Will that work for you? 𝒮𝒽𝒶𝒹𝑜𝓌𝓈_𝐿𝓊𝓇𝓀𝒾𝓃𝑔Today at 2:51 PM That will be perfect BoostCheetahToday at 2:51 PM Great. You’ll have my full attention at that time and I will need yours as well. Please take this time to finish up anything you’re working on. 𝒮𝒽𝒶𝒹𝑜𝓌𝓈_𝐿𝓊𝓇𝓀𝒾𝓃𝑔Today at 3:47 PM I am ready whenever you are good to go. BoostCheetahToday at 3:48 PM I’m finishing up with this applicant now. I’ll be with you shortly. I’m pulling up your application now. How are you doing today? 𝒮𝒽𝒶𝒹𝑜𝓌𝓈_𝐿𝓊𝓇𝓀𝒾𝓃𝑔Today at 3:51 PM Doing pretty good, how about yourself? BoostCheetahToday at 3:52 PM I’m great! I spent the weekend hiking so to be off my feet and working again is awesome. I also just ordered food so I’m pretty excited about that. I have you application pull up. I see that you’ve boosted professionally. What sites or services do you use to obtain orders? 𝒮𝒽𝒶𝒹𝑜𝓌𝓈_𝐿𝓊𝓇𝓀𝒾𝓃𝑔Today at 3:53 PM I boost for Raid Agents and have recently started with DestinycarriesLFG BoostCheetahToday at 3:54 PM Why are you looking to expand to more boosting sites? What is your goal? 𝒮𝒽𝒶𝒹𝑜𝓌𝓈_𝐿𝓊𝓇𝓀𝒾𝓃𝑔Today at 3:55 PM Mainly to maximize income, but I enjoy running orders cause it really gives me a reason to be playing the game and doing some of the activities I normally would not do on my own. Find it enjoyable feeling the same way I did doing the stuff for the first time with that sense of joy and having a challenge with potentially under leveled accounts. BoostCheetahToday at 3:57 PM What have you heard about BoostCheetah? 𝒮𝒽𝒶𝒹𝑜𝓌𝓈_𝐿𝓊𝓇𝓀𝒾𝓃𝑔Today at 3:58 PM Have not heard all that much, my friend used to work for you and said it was all great and recommended me to you and that’s about it BoostCheetahToday at 3:59 PM Under availability you mentioned you’re always available. What about school, work, family? What will get in the way of you completing order in a timely manner? 𝒮𝒽𝒶𝒹𝑜𝓌𝓈_𝐿𝓊𝓇𝓀𝒾𝓃𝑔Today at 4:01 PM As of now I don’t have any commitments, when fall comes around I’ll be starting school again but even with that I would be available every night and all weekends. Aside from that the usual spontaneous functions that come up like days with friends or family dinner stuff I’m always free BoostCheetahToday at 4:02 PM You have PC and PS4 marked down. Which is your main console that you team is primarily on? 𝒮𝒽𝒶𝒹𝑜𝓌𝓈_𝐿𝓊𝓇𝓀𝒾𝓃𝑔Today at 4:03 PM PS4 is primary, I have a PC available if I need to help out with orders but do not have a team to be playing with for group activities BoostCheetahToday at 4:04 PM I feel there are two types of boosters. The ones that aren’t afraid to find a team for prestige SOS and that enjoy doing solo flawless dungeons. Then there is the type of booster that avoid doing difficult content and go for the easy money.
Which type of booster are you? 𝒮𝒽𝒶𝒹𝑜𝓌𝓈_𝐿𝓊𝓇𝓀𝒾𝓃𝑔Today at 4:06 PM I’ll do everything, I never shy away from doing “difficult” activities in the game as I feel if you don’t do them or shy away from them you should not be boosting to begin with BoostCheetahToday at 4:07 PM I’m inclined to agree. At BoostCheetah, boosters speak directly to the customers and our customers love that we focus on letting them know everything that is going on with their account. It makes them feel safe. We do this by having a required set of updates that each booster must give via a live chat directly linked to the customer. This includes about 6 updates before starting an event and stopping after each raid encounter to let them know what they received. For some boosters, they just want to play and this is a waste of their time. What are your thoughts on constantly updating the client? 𝒮𝒽𝒶𝒹𝑜𝓌𝓈_𝐿𝓊𝓇𝓀𝒾𝓃𝑔Today at 4:10 PM Have no problems updating people as you always have time between encounters or activities to be giving updates, whether it be “ok dogs is done, starting calus now, should be done in 5 minutes” or “Dungeon is complete moving onto spire” BoostCheetahToday at 4:11 PM What problems do you feel could arise from you having to update the client after each event? 𝒮𝒽𝒶𝒹𝑜𝓌𝓈_𝐿𝓊𝓇𝓀𝒾𝓃𝑔Today at 4:12 PM Can’t think of any aside from me potentially forgetting at the beginning. BoostCheetahToday at 4:13 PM Hypothetically, a customer orders an Outbreak Prime Heroic + Config. He does not have the Outbreak so you obtain this for him.
After obtaining the outbreak, and starting the heroic, you realize obtaining the Outbreak was not part of the order and this should have been ordered separately.
You are the owner of the company and the one running the order. You can assume you’ve been chatting with the customer for a while so you can skip pleasantries. What exactly, word for word, do you say to the customer to address this issue and to let them know what happen next? 𝒮𝒽𝒶𝒹𝑜𝓌𝓈_𝐿𝓊𝓇𝓀𝒾𝓃𝑔Today at 4:16 PM Your order for heroic zero hour + configuration has been complete, however in the future make sure you have the correct prerequisites for the activity or order accordingly. BoostCheetahToday at 4:16 PM Why do you feel that is the best response to handle this issue? 𝒮𝒽𝒶𝒹𝑜𝓌𝓈_𝐿𝓊𝓇𝓀𝒾𝓃𝑔Today at 4:19 PM Assuming you have known the person for a while being a repeat customer and there is a relationship established I’m confident that there would be no problem making sure that everything is all good this one time as miss clicks or misunderstandings do happen BoostCheetahToday at 4:19 PM Based on your answer. I’m assuming you discovered the issue and completed the service, correct? 𝒮𝒽𝒶𝒹𝑜𝓌𝓈_𝐿𝓊𝓇𝓀𝒾𝓃𝑔Today at 4:19 PM Of course BoostCheetahToday at 4:20 PM Imagine being the customer. Your order is being run as normal and then you receive your exact response.
Your order for heroic zero hour + configuration has been complete, however in the future make sure you have the correct prerequisites for the activity or order accordingly.
How would you feel? Would you have questions or concerns? 𝒮𝒽𝒶𝒹𝑜𝓌𝓈_𝐿𝓊𝓇𝓀𝒾𝓃𝑔Today at 4:23 PM Reading that I would be confused with the prerequisites are, so something about having outbreak beforehand and explain that heroic is locked behind normal would need to be added Also having some mention that all is good and that there is no worries about the order would be calming BoostCheetahToday at 4:25 PM For us, it’s very important that customers do not have concerns and that they are never left confused. How could you reward your response to better help the customer? Please use the safe format as before 𝒮𝒽𝒶𝒹𝑜𝓌𝓈_𝐿𝓊𝓇𝓀𝒾𝓃𝑔Today at 4:28 PM Since you would have constant contact with the customer, in this instance you would notice at the beginning of the order. So would it not be best to message them soon as you notice offering to do normal as its required for heroic before you do it yourself? BoostCheetahToday at 4:28 PM Normally yes, in this hypothetical, you didn’t realize the normal was supposed to be paid for. Lesson learned. Now the customer needs to be addressed. As you mentioned you are in constant contact and updating the customer on all doings. You can safely assume you updated him on receive the normal. It is then you realized the normal should have been paid for. 𝒮𝒽𝒶𝒹𝑜𝓌𝓈_𝐿𝓊𝓇𝓀𝒾𝓃𝑔Today at 4:35 PM Then I would again inform then that there order has been complete without any problems, having outbreak prime is a prerequisite for heroic zero hour, however I obtained the gun not realizing you did not order it. 𝒮𝒽𝒶𝒹𝑜𝓌𝓈_𝐿𝓊𝓇𝓀𝒾𝓃𝑔Today at 4:45 PM @BoostCheetah Still with me? BoostCheetahToday at 4:45 PM Sorry, I thought I had sent my last message. Great, that’s all the questions I had for you. We’ll be selecting boosters over the next several days. If you don’t hear back, feel free to reapply on the website. 𝒮𝒽𝒶𝒹𝑜𝓌𝓈_𝐿𝓊𝓇𝓀𝒾𝓃𝑔Today at 4:50 PM Thank you very much for your time BoostCheetahToday at 4:50 PM Thank you for your time as well. Enjoy the rest of your day. 𝒮𝒽𝒶𝒹𝑜𝓌𝓈_𝐿𝓊𝓇𝓀𝒾𝓃𝑔Today at 4:50 PM You as well!
