    Mainly to maximize income, but I enjoy running orders cause it really gives me a reason to be playing the game and doing some of the activities I normally would not do on my own.
    Find it enjoyable feeling the same way I did doing the stuff for the first time with that sense of joy and having a challenge with potentially under leveled accounts.

    I feel there are two types of boosters. The ones that aren’t afraid to find a team for prestige SOS and that enjoy doing solo flawless dungeons. Then there is the type of booster that avoid doing difficult content and go for the easy money.

    I’m inclined to agree.
    At BoostCheetah, boosters speak directly to the customers and our customers love that we focus on letting them know everything that is going on with their account. It makes them feel safe. We do this by having a required set of updates that each booster must give via a live chat directly linked to the customer. This includes about 6 updates before starting an event and stopping after each raid encounter to let them know what they received.
    For some boosters, they just want to play and this is a waste of their time. What are your thoughts on constantly updating the client?

    Have no problems updating people as you always have time between encounters or activities to be giving updates, whether it be “ok dogs is done, starting calus now, should be done in 5 minutes” or “Dungeon is complete moving onto spire”

    Hypothetically, a customer orders an Outbreak Prime Heroic + Config. He does not have the Outbreak so you obtain this for him.

    After obtaining the outbreak, and starting the heroic, you realize obtaining the Outbreak was not part of the order and this should have been ordered separately.

    You are the owner of the company and the one running the order. You can assume you’ve been chatting with the customer for a while so you can skip pleasantries. What exactly, word for word, do you say to the customer to address this issue and to let them know what happen next?

    Reading that I would be confused with the prerequisites are, so something about having outbreak beforehand and explain that heroic is locked behind normal would need to be added
    Also having some mention that all is good and that there is no worries about the order would be calming

    Since you would have constant contact with the customer, in this instance you would notice at the beginning of the order. So would it not be best to message them soon as you notice offering to do normal as its required for heroic before you do it yourself?

    Normally yes, in this hypothetical, you didn’t realize the normal was supposed to be paid for. Lesson learned.
    Now the customer needs to be addressed. As you mentioned you are in constant contact and updating the customer on all doings. You can safely assume you updated him on receive the normal. It is then you realized the normal should have been paid for.
